Foundation stone (日輪）

見えないヒビがあったのでしょう。制作中思いもよらない方向に石が大きくバカっと割れてしまいました。なんとかならないかと割れた箇所に光を当てて彫ってみました。見通しが立たないのは、かえって楽しいと感じました。
There must have been an invisible crack.
During the production, the stone broke in an unexpected direction.
I tried to carve it by shining light on the cracked part.
I felt that it was rather fun to have no prospects.
